The open system consists of UHF Repeaters at:

449.300 Mhz 107.2 Hz on the Grand Mesa at 10,600'AMSL (20 miles east of Grand Jct)
449.575 Mhz 131.8 Hz on Black Ridge at 7,100'AMSL above the Colorado National Monument
449.400 Mhz 131.8 Hz Repeater located on Uncompaghre Butte, east of Delta. (Solar Powered)
447.100 Mhz 107.2 Hz Repeater located on Abajo Peak at 11,360' AMSL, west of Monticello, Utah
447.000 Mhz 107.2 Hz Repeater located on Baxter Pass at 8,700' AMSL
449.100 Mhz 107.2 Hz Repeater located on Bald Mesa at 8,500' AMSL near Moab, Utah.
447.200 Mhz 107.2 Hz Repeater located on Waterdog Peak at 9,350' AMSL southeast of Montrose, Colorado.
449.800 Mhz 107.2 Hz Repeater located on Mt. Calahan at 8,960' AMSL northwest of Parachute, Colorado.
449.700 Mhz 107.2 Hz Repeater to be installed on Monument Peak summer of 2008
449.600 Mhz 107.2 Hz Repeater to be installed on Sunlight Peak summer of 2008
447.350 Mhz 107.2 Hz Repeater to be installed in the Cedar Ridge area winter/spring of 2008

The Ski Country Amatuer Radio Club operates the 447.100 Mhz 107.2 Hz repeater on Sunlight Peak at 10,600' near Glenwood Springs that is normally linked into the system.

The Eagle County Ham Operators (ECHO) operate the 449.900 Mhz 107.2 Hz repeater on Vail Mountain at 10,200' which is also normally linked into the system. -- Out of Service until Summer 2008.

A Combination of a hub link, and full duplex links connect all of the above repeaters. The open repeaters are part of the Internet Radio Linking Project. Through the IRLP the system can be connect to repeaters throughout the world. The open repeaters above are all part of Node 3710.
